The place and the body: Cézanne at the Thyssen Museum

You’ve got exactly three days left to go to Madrid and visit the breath-taking exhibition of Cézanne hold at the Thyssen Museum and be amazed by his broad strokes and impossible colors.
I particularly liked the approah, which played with the dychotomy site/non-site, the place left when the body is removed from nature, the volume of human nakedness, ladscapes of solitude and the loneliness of still life.

Don’t miss is out!

(They still have a bit to learn from The Centre Pompidous’ videos)
